Weissensee Cruise

Glide slowly over seemingly hovering tree trunks. The bow silently parts the turquoise blue of the waters. In gentle waves, the crystal clear waters rise up to immediately become one with the fjord-like lake. The wind grows stronger as the ship picks up speed between the steep cliffs of the eastern shore.

You'll hear all sorts of exciting things about the lake from the speakers. The captain will proudly announce the drinking water quality of the unique Carinthian natural environment. To keep it that way, properties here are hard to find and certainly none are reachable via road because gentle mobility is the order of the day on the Weissensee. One of the many boat docks is just steps away from your apartment. Hikes through the nature's original playground can be easily continued on the water and vice-versa. The following applies for all junior captains: those who ask nicely will certainly be allowed to try on the captain's cap. Otherwise there are children's steering helms aboard the "MS Austria" and "MS Weissensee." So much responsibility can make you pretty hungry! Therefore, buffets on each of the ships offer creature comforts. A special galley can be found on the Breakfast Raft. Local cooks offer delicious Weissensee fish and other local delicacies from the region on the "high seas"
